OPTIONS FOR PAYING DUES As a reminder, we have several options for payment of these dues on a semi-annual basis. One may pay the traditional way of sending a check to AMI. Additionally, one may pay on-line by E-check, debit or credit card, or by taking a check to AMI. More information is available on AMI’s website at https://portal.indyami.com/Home/Index. If one choses to pay by E-check, debit or credit card, you will need the following information: Management ID number is 6017 Association ID number is 502 Account # is printed on your invoices Please contact AMI with questions regarding these options. 

BOARD - a message board is located outside the clubhouse. Let your neighbors who do not have internet access know that they can check there for Board Minutes, Meeting Agendas, and other neighborhood announcements. KEEP COLLEGE PARK BEAUTIFUL - Please clean up the sidewalks and streets in front of your homes. If there is a storm drain near your home, please check it regularly and remove any debris that blocks the flow of water. It's also helpful to keep outside lights on at night for extra security.

DIRECTORY UPDATES: Residents, please log into the website and access "my account" then "profile" to change your directory listing and make any changes needed to your phone number, email address, household members, etc. It's up to you to keep your information current! Thanks.
